This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased from www.smylox.in . By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. This policy should be read along with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be confirmed and the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at checkout.

Nature of Product and Hygiene Policy

Smylox products are personal hygiene devices. For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage. Customers are advised to carefully review product details, specifications, and descriptions before placing an order.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are permitted only under the following circumstances: the product received is defective due to a manufacturing issue, the product was damaged during transit, or the product delivered is materially different from what was ordered. To qualify for a return or replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

After reviewing the request and evidence provided, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in cases where dissatisfaction arises from personal preference, change of mind, subjective expectations of performance, minor variations in design or packaging, improper usage, accidental damage, unauthorized repair attempts, or failure to follow provided instructions. Product performance may vary depending on individual usage and oral conditions and shall not be considered a defect.

Refund Processing

Once a cancellation or return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are typically initiated within seven to ten business days from the date of approval. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified defect.

Refusal of Delivery and Return to Origin

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason after dispatch, or if delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any refund.

Fraud Prevention and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or replacements in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, repeated refund abuse, misuse of the return system, or violation of our policies. We may also restrict future orders in such cases.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims, where applicable, are governed separately by the warranty terms provided on the product page or packaging. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal and intended usage conditions and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
